Why 21 stages
By articulating and describing each of the 21 Stages of Meditation, we have attempted to put into words the states of consciousness that are traversed by those who use the power of meditation to enhance their lives through the pursuit of happiness and peace of mind.
The meditations that guide us through the stages on the journey to Realization are designed to follow the natural structure and qualities of each stage.
You can explore any of the stages on your own as an individual practice. The benefit of each meditation stands on its own; but the added benefit of practicing an entire journey comes from the intensity of the practice when done in sequence, within a concentrated period of time and in a community of practitioners.

Nam Hari Kaur, lead trainer.In 2010, he founded the Nam Anand Association and Ahimsa Sphere, a non-profit organization based in León dedicated to sharing the teachings of Kundalini Yoga, Karam Kriya, and Healing. She is a lead teacher trainer for Kundalini Yoga at Levels 1, 2, and 21 Stages of Meditation; Trainer of The Mother’s Journey; Trainer of Karam Kriya, as well as creator of children’s yoga and yogic reflexology training. She is also a facilitator for The Red Tent, a woman-only space.
JiwanShaktiKaur. She is the co-founder and Creative Director of SunGalaa, an organization dedicated to the dissemination of the teachings of Kundalini Yoga. She is a KRI certified teacher and trainer for Levels 1, 2, and 21 Stages of Meditation. Based on her rich experience of nearly 30 years of Yoga and her professional background as an actress, producer, and screenwriter, her approach to Kundalini Yoga is unique. She is Italian, and she speaks and teaches in Italian, Spanish and English.
